3. Eligibility and accounts

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the materials you upload and the study sets generated for you ("your content"). You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the service.

You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload and for not uploading unlawful or infringing material.

5. AI-generated content

Study sets are generated automatically by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Do not rely on them as a substitute for the original source material or for professional, medical, legal, or academic advice. Always verify important information.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by uploading illegal, harmful, or infringing content; attempting to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service; or using it to build a competing product. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

7. Plans, billing, and cancellation

GeniusPal offers a free plan and a paid Plus plan. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law, and we may change prices with reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual property

The service, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to [Your Legal Entity Name] and is protected by law. These terms grant you no rights to our trademarks or content except as needed to use the service.

9. Termination
